TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- There is a 24hr Cancellation fee that will apply to all bookings
- The Cancellation fee will be at the cost of one of our set menus at a value of $105 per person for Normal table bookings & Private room bookings
- The Cancellation fee for special OMAKASE bookings will be at the cost of $160 per person, the value amount of OMAKASE
- Kids included in the same group will not incur the fee younger than 13 years old
- Cancellations made prior to 24 hours are only ACCEPTED by EMAIL notice, VERBAL cancellations are NOT ACCEPTED
- If you are more than 15min late without any notice, you will be subject to the cost of a $105 per person for normal and private room bookings and $160 per person at the cost value of the special OMAKASE
- You can pay by any of the methods listed on our checkout screen. Please make sure that if our order is placed using a credit or debit card, the card is valid on the date of your order placement
- The restaurant may provide no refunds to the orders paid online.
- Contact us directly to settle any payment dispute or refund claim.
- Online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled through the website and must be done by calling the restaurant directly.

- We cannot guarantee any accuracy in connection to the estimated delivery or pick up time, arising directly or indirectly to the exercise of reasonable care.
- Delivery service is not available for online orders.
- If you are not present to take delivery for the goods at the address given in your order, then we will not refund you the price for your order and will charge you for the full amount of your order.
- We do our best to ensure that information on our site is correct but we cannot promise it is accurate or complete, we may make changes t our material, or the service products and prices described on it, at any time without notice.
